These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Radiant Academy.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment is received.
  • Dates are secured strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The balance amount must be paid before or on the day of the event.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Advance payments are non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation, the advance will not be returned.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Trial Sessions

  • Trial sessions (if applicable) must be scheduled in advance.
  • Trial charges are separate from final booking charges unless stated otherwise.

4. Service Scope

Radiant Academy provides:

  • Bridal Makeup
  • Engagement Makeup
  • Reception Makeup
  • Party Makeup
  • Academy / Training Services

The final look will be customized based on client preference, skin type, and professional recommendations.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must inform us about any skin allergies or medical conditions in advance.
  • Proper lighting and space must be provided at the venue for mobile services.

6. Hygiene & Safety

We use sanitized equipment and high-quality cosmetics. All tools are cleaned and maintained according to professional hygiene standards.

7. Photography & Portfolio

We may use photographs of completed work for promotional and portfolio purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

8. Liability

  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances
  • Allergic reactions if not informed in advance
  • Third-party vendor delays affecting schedule

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
